And yes Emporer Yunki is an old, ugly, deformed alien creature and he's the same height as Yoda, or possibly even shorter. He is the true "mastermind" behind the evil mainstreamers. They are actually a race of deranged aliens obsessed with smoking, drugs and alcohol. Even their own planet is polluted and rocky surface is stained with tar from cigarettes.
